Let Chef Doug show you how cost effective and fast you can make a healthy meal like broccoli or cauliflower soup!

This session will be divided into two parts:

• The first 40 minutes Doug will debunk the prevalent myths we have in our society regarding "healthy foods" and how to shop on a budget.
• The next 20 minutes Doug will before your eyes prepare and cook a healthy meal, which each participant will get to try a portion (FREE FOOD)!

At the end of the session, there will be 2 GIVEAWAYS, which will contain the ingredients and recipe to prepare the healthy meal at home!

These sessions will be in TE1228 on:

• January 22 at 3:30-4:30 making Cream of Broccoli Soup,
• January 23 at 2:30-3:30 making Cream of Cauliflower Soup.
